• Why do you train?

  We training to equip our personnel in order for them to be efficient and effective carrying out their duties. Training days – 90 – 120 days but this current training is for one month

  No, the law guiding private security prohibit possession of fire arm

• What is your mode of Operation?

  3 days in, 2 days out

• Why are forms being paid for? Forms are being paid for, because it is a private organization.

• Do you pay stipends for the training? No, the trainee pays for all expenses during the period training

• Do you feed the trainees? No, the trainees are meant to pay for their feeding during the period of training A contract agreement would be signed by the applicant with the company aupon completion of training.

• Is there career development? Yes there is, there is provision for a promotion course which is done every three years.

• Is there a pension scheme? Yes there is a pension scheme.

• Are the uniforms free? The first uniform is given to the officer for free.

After training an officer is expected to stay in the organisation for 5 years, but perhaps the officer in question wants to leave the organisation, he/she must give a 90 days notice before leaving.
